Shipping policy

We offer both standard and express shipping options within Australia.

Standard Shipping (AU): 2–4 business days

Express Shipping (AU): 1–2 business days

International Shipping: 2–20 business days depending on your location and the option selected at checkout (estimated delivery times provided at checkout).

Please note: Public holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

Before placing your order, be sure to check the product description, some items may be marked as pre-order, which will have a different dispatch timeframe.

DUTIES & TAXES

All orders are charged in AUD (Australian Dollars). If you're ordering from outside Australia, your purchase may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are not included at checkout and must be paid by you upon delivery. Ocean Street The Label is not responsible for covering or reimbursing these costs.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once your parcel has been picked up by our delivery partner, it is in their hands. While we do our best to ensure your package arrives safely and on time, we cannot take responsibility for delivery delays, lost or stolen parcels, or incorrect address details entered at checkout.

If any issues arise, we recommend reaching out to the courier service directly for updates or assistance.

RETURN TO SENDER

If your order is returned to us due to:

An unclaimed parcel

Failure to pay duties/taxes

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Any other reason within your control

We’re happy to re-send your order, however, a new shipping fee will apply.

If your parcel was returned due to reasons outside your control, we’ll do our best to help, either by re-shipping free of charge or offering a refund (excluding original shipping costs).

CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept cancellations or order changes once your purchase has been placed — including pre-order items. Please take care when placing your order as we’re unable to make adjustments after checkout.
