Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love everything you order from Ocean St the Label, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If that’s the case, we’re happy to offer an exchange (Australia only), store credit, or a refund on full-priced items, provided your return meets the conditions below.

Full-priced items can be returned for a refund, exchange (for Australian customers only), or store credit. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchange (Australia only) or store credit. Please note that orders using our 10% new subscriber discount are eligible for a refund. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Items with any signs of makeup, deodorant, tan, perfume, or other wear will not be accepted.

All Australian returns incur a flat return shipping fee of A$15, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. For all other international returns, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ocean St the Label is not liable for lost or damaged return parcels. Items that do not meet the return requirements will be sent back to the sender at their own expense.
